We, as a merchant, provide a service that comes in the form of Digital services. As such, our offering is not a tangible product that can be returned for a refund. It can be used immediately upon receipt; there is no product to return.
Right to Cancel an Order
Ojscloud.com allow canceling orders within “60 days” for the hosting services. After 60 days the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. For one-time add-on services, the payment is NON_REFUNDABLE.
By default, ALL THE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. “No-shows” or “Extra-Page Payment” or “Excess Payment” or “Additional Payment” are not refundable and liable; and will be considered as donations.

Delivery Policy
We are in the service business and don’t have a tangible item to deliver. So, there is no chance of missing or misplacement of any item. Our deliverables are in form of software applications or Digital Services. These deliverables are delivered to you in form of electronic files using our collaboration tool or email.
